Pricing philosophy
Our clients think in terms of "how many employees could this replace?" — and we align our pricing to that mental model. Each tier represents a meaningful workforce augmentation, not an incremental software upgrade. Setup fees cover workflow documentation, agent training, security environment provisioning, and parallel deployment support — typically 40–60 hours of specialised work.

The 30-day pilot
Not ready to commit to a full package? The pilot is the right place to start. For a fixed $5,000 fee you get one agent, one workflow, up to 100 hours of runtime, and clearly defined success criteria agreed upfront. The fee is credited toward your first month if you convert. No ongoing commitment if you don't.
